Most people have come&nbsp;&nbsp; to except the weight loss theories based on the laws of thermodynamics which&nbsp;&nbsp; states if you take in more calories than you burn-off you will gain weight and&nbsp;&nbsp; if you burn more than you consume you lose weight.
